Sarah has over 30 years’ experience in varied industries with a focus on customer, executive leadership, exceptional performance, and transformation. Sarah has spent 7 Years working for a global hotel chain, her last role was as CEO for the Pacific region. In addition, Sarah has been a CEO for a global not for profit. Sarah also has an entrepreneurial background, having owned, and operated her own successful business for over 10 years.
Sarah has completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources, Training, Executive Coaching and Organisational Development. Sarah is a Director for companies in Australia and New Zealand.
Sarah is passionate about every single person achieving their potential and is driven to ensure leaders create the right environment for their own growth, success and equally for those around them, including the organisation as a whole.

As a multi-site team leader, Rochelle has consistently optimised business performance through strategic process improvements and change management, while maintaining a strong focus on aligning operations with organisational goals. Her employee engagement strategies emphasise trust, purpose, and shared values, creating environments where individuals feel valued and motivated.
Beyond her corporate achievements, her commitment to social impact is strong in her personal and professional life. Rochelle values being environmentally conscientious, support and build community engagement, and lead with integrity.
With two decades of experience under his belt, Ben has made contributions in both private and public sectors, including retail, not-for-profit, FMCG, property, financial services, education, and government.
Ben's expertise spans organisational development, culture and engagement, talent development, coaching, HR operations, internal communications, and HR consulting. He holds a Master of Business in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching & Leadership from Charles Sturt University. Ben is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.
Known for his pragmatic and collaborative style, Ben leverages strengths and creates a safe, trusting environment. He values context and provides tailored challenges to help individuals and teams reach their potential. Passionate about career management and HR consulting, Ben helps participants align values and career goals, achieve work-life balance, and develop practical career tools.
Christine Rumble is an accomplished international executive with experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultures. She is passionate about developing organisations through enabling leadership and life-long learning.
After being based in Singapore for 10 years with international Hotel company Accor, Christine returned to her home in Perth, Western Australia at the end of 2020 to establish her consulting business - Dawn Consulting Services which specialises in executive coaching using Genos EI, leadership development and the creation of robust HR strategies to transform leaders and culture in organisations.
Christine took a break from her business from January 2022 to June 2023 to lead the Human Resources function for home healthcare not for profit organisation, Silverchain. Then in July 2023, Christine relocated to WA’s Great South West, where she continues to now provide Leadership Coaching virtually locally and around the globe.
Christine has a Master of Human Resource Management, is an AHRI Fellow Certified Practitioner of HR and an AITD Professional Member.
Outside of her practice, Christine is also co-owner of Denmark Chocolate Company in WA.
